New York Times: After Terror, a Secret Rewriting of Military Law
The Times has an article on Guantanamo prison/interrogation center and how laws were re-written and legal boundaries pushed to the extreme. Its a long article and, sadly, it requires a free account to the Times to read it online. Below are a few snippets, with my dumb American comments thrown in for good measure. (The article was too long to capture all the good bits here.. read it yourself.)
